Lanes reopen, traffic slow after Warrego Hwy crash

UPDATE 10:05am: POLICE have reopened lanes on the Warrego Highway after a crash earlier this morning.

Traffic is moving slowly.

A Queensland Ambulance Services spokeswoman confirmed the male patient in his twenties suffered a minor arm injury.

EARLIER: WESTBOUND lanes on the Warrego Highway have been closed after a single-vehicle crash this morning.

A police spokesman confirmed emergency services responded to the incident after reports a vehicle crashed into a side rail outside the Pacific Fuels service station in Helidon about 8.30am.

Two westbound lanes have been closed and traffic is slowly starting to pass through the area, the spokesman said.

A Queensland Ambulance Services spokeswoman said a male patient was assessed by paramedics at the scene before being transported to Toowoomba Hospital where he arrived in a stable condition.
