Casey Alder

IT IS always great to catch up with old friends and so it was the other day at Mood Food near Kempton when Casey Alder from Launceston rolled in for a quick bite to eat and a coffee to go.

Casey was driving his accustomed immaculate 2005 Origin CF 430 Hp Daf and towing an LPG tanker on his return to Launceston from Hobart.

He was enjoying taking a breather at Mood Food (especially one of Meaghan's great cappuccinos) and told us he has now been with Origin for 10 years or so, and said the job is, in fact, as good as everyone says, though it will undoubtedly be better when they buy him his new Kenworth!

As per usual he had time to polish his rig, and said that his other tanker is even shinier, but is currently off the road for its annual re-test.
