ELEVEN Indonesian men boarded an Oil and Gas Installation vessel without permission near Ashmore Island on Wednesday.

The men had abandoned their small fishing vessel and were discovered on board the OGI support vessel Offshore Quest by crew members, who alerted Border Protection.
