Sex offender back in court for positive drug test

CONVICTED sex offender Gradey Gill has an anxious wait to learn if his conditional freedom will end after the Crown alleges he breached his suspended jail sentence by having a positive drug test and a set of digital scales.
Gill, 21, was back in the Dictrict Court at Gladstone charged with the breach while on a suspended nine month jail sentence after he pleaded guilty in November to grooming a child Under 16.
No plea was entered and the matter adjourned.
