i98FM's Camp Quality Convoy hit $1 Million

I98FM's Camp Quality Convoy in it's 8th year in WOLLONGONG has raised a whopping $1 Million for Camp Quality. The morning of November 18 was a buzz with 764 Trucks and 926 Bikes lining up to set off on the 52k journey through the streets of Wollongong. On the Friday before the truckies battle it out on i98Fm with Marty Haynes & Bianca Dye to see who'll lead the Convoy, and this year MJ Rowles paid a staggering $110,000 following them was Park Fuel donating $105,000 then Ross Transport $89,000, McMahons $86,000, Illawarra Truck repairs & Spares with $60,000, Cleary Bros $35,000, Wollongong Car Carriers $25,000, Shoalhaven Recycling $22,500 and NTS with $20,000. With 40 different trucking companies making up the lead pack of truckies $701,275.20 was raised in the 1 hour of the Auction going to air. By days end on the Sunday $1 million was raised for kids with Cancer. We have to thank our Truckies, those that rode bikes and the Illawarra Community for your passion and ongoing support of i98FM's Camp Quality Convoy. To see an event like this grow is a credit to all involved as in 8 years $3.1 Million has been raised for Camp Quality.
