JUST Breakers are through to the Lower Clarence First Division Netball grand final after they defeated Maclean Bottom Pub in impressive fashion on Saturday.

Both sides boasted similar records in the regular season, but Just Breakers made a huge statement with a 40-27 result in the major semi-final at Wherrett Park in Maclean.

"We got up in the end," Breakers centre Jenna Kelly said.

"In the top three it all comes down to who's on, on the day."

Last year Just Breakers gave up their position in the grand final to eventual premiers Maclean Bottom Pub so the majority of the team could attend a debutante ball.

The girls have made sure they will take the court this time when the grand finals are held next Saturday, September 5.

"They're all in Year 12 and definitely keen this year," Kelly said.

"We pulled out last year and it happened to Bottom Pub the year before, so hopefully this time there are no interruptions."

Breakers One ended Maclean Bowling Club's 2015 season with a 23-19 win in the minor semi-final. They will now play Maclean Bottom Pub in this Saturday's preliminary final at 2.30pm for the right to take on Just Breakers for the title.

"We get along really well with the other Breakers team so I'm going for Breakers, but Maclean Bottom Pub are really good," Kelly said.

Breakers Hot Shots are through to the 2nd Division grand final after winning 21-17 against Breakers Petals, who now play Maclean Troublemakers who are coming off a 39-17 win over Gulmarrad Deadly Doobz.

Gulmarrad CCCs Juniors prevailed 22-20 in a thriller over Iluka Bowls Club Misfits in the Third Division major semi. Iluka now plays Breakers Zebras who beat Maclean Wild Ones 35-11.

Breakers Bluebirds continued their incredible season in Fourth Division when they won 48-10 against Maclean Dolphins. Gulmarrad Little Ladies won the minor semi 19-12 over Iluka Anchorage Angels.
