Hopeful models parade for fame

THE temperature at the Gladstone Hotel rose dramatically as six local ladies strutted their stuff on the catwalk.

The girls took to the stage for a chance to feature in Zoo Weekly's swimsuit calendar.

The girls competed in three different categories - evening-wear, theme dressing and of course, the swimsuit section.

Maree Maye, Hannah Dye, Amanda Hudson and Tiffehnie Marie all went through into the next round.

Heats continue into the coming weeks, and if you think you can handle the heat on the runway contact Ally Balderson at the Gladstone Hotel on (07) 4613 1800 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting            (07) 4613 1800      end_of_the_skype_highlighting

The final takes place on March 18.
