'He probably just needs to rest up now'

SOUTH Sydney back-rower Sam Burgess says he has no plans to offer advice to younger brother George as he begins his second suspension of the NRL season.

Prop George accepted a four-game ban for a shoulder charge on Brisbane's Anthony Milford in last week's heart-breaking one-point defeat after already having served a two-match ban for striking.

"I'll stop commenting about it because I just think everyone's commenting and he's getting a lot of advice at the moment," the Rabbitohs captain said.

"He probably just needs to rest up now and focus on what's going to be important to him and what he's going to bring to this team when he's available for selection again."
