WHEN you ask Kirby Maxwell what the highlight of the Wauchope Yesteryear Truck and Machinery Show was, the answer is trucks of course.

"There was 150 odd trucks, there was a good crowd and the best weather we've ever had,” he said.

The show, held at the Wauchope Showgrounds in New South Wales in mid-July, featured historic and late model working trucks, tractors, machinery, stationary engines, vintage cars and motorcycles.

The Rig of the Show, went to a Central Coast driver with a fantastic Ford truck.

Kirby said proceeds of the event, of which the figure is yet to be confirmed, would go to four great local charities.
