Four injured in traffic chaos across Coast
FOUR people were taken to hospital after multiple crashes on the Sunshine Coast overnight.
The first crash at 6.13pm occurred on the Bruce Highway at the Johnston Rd off ramp near Coochin Creek involving two vehicles.
Three people were injured, two of them suffering non-life threatening neck injuries. The third suffered minor injuries.
All were taken to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital in stable conditions.
Later at 11.25pm paramedics transported a woman to hospital following a single-vehicle incident on Diddillibah Road.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman said she was stable and treated for minor head and arm injuries.
