Toowoomba is set to shake on October 27 as the first Launch Music Festival takes off with a blast of thumping bass at the Toowoomba Showgrounds.

In what will be a first for the city, the Launch Music Festival brings an all Australian line up of some the best Electronic music acts that this country has to offer.

A spokesman said there would be acts like Potbelleez, Bombs Way, Ivan Gough, Beni, Rave Radio and Mobin Master along with other local acts and dj's.

"We are giving this festival the punch that will make this an on-going event. With two stages and more acts to be announced in the coming months this is a festival that won't be  soon forgotton.''

Tickets go on sale Monday, July 9 via the festival's Facebook page and website and through selected dj's and venues throughout the Darling Downs.

"The first round of tickets will sell fast at only $88 with limited numbers at this price.''
