Pedestrian killed at Mooloolaba

POLICE are investigating a fatal traffic crash in which a pedestrian was struck in Mooloolaba early this morning.

Initial information indicates shortly after 1.30am, a vehicle struck a man on Buderim Street.

The man in his 60s was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
