Fallen branch causes power outage

ABOUT 120 residents lost power on Thuraday morning after a branch fell on a power line.

An Ergon Energy crew was called to Greenmount Rd, just after 8:05am after reports of low wires.

According to an Ergon Energy spokesperson, the energy was interrupted because of the low wires but was quickly restored to the area just after 8:40am, when the wires were returned to normal height.

Greenmount: Greenmount Rd

Pleystowe: Formosas Rd, Pleystowe School Rd, Ritchies Rd, Rocky Waterhole Wollingford Rd

Walkerston: Rocky Waterhole Wollingford Rd
