Expo is not just about mining and energy
LEADING Australian companies have started setting up for the opening of the 2016 Surat Basin Expo.
The expo, on tomorrow and Thursday, is an exciting exhibition and trade fair located at the Toowoomba Showgrounds.
It is free for business people to attend the event provided they pre-register online before 4pm today at suratbasinexpo.com.au.
The 2016 Surat Basin Expo provides the opportunity to talk one-on-one with quality companies.
Event director Bob Carroll said the quality of businesses and products on display would be exceptional.
The expo will highlight trucking and transportation, storage and warehousing, technology in industry, mining and energy, training and human resources, safety and operational expertise, with more than 90 displays.
Tomorrow the Queensland Gas Commission will have Origin Energy delegates on its stand from 9am to noon and Queensland Gas Commission representatives from 1pm to 4pm.
Santos delegates will take to the stage from 9am to noon on Thursday.
A new feature of the event will be the expo presentation stage where companies will deliver information on innovative products and services on both days.
If that was not enough, this year's expo will feature a special presentation stage located in the main food court.
