End to terrible suffering in Zimbabwe?

IT IS uncertain whether the Zimbabwe president has been detained by the army.

Hopefully, whatever happens, it will mean a new beginning for Zimbabwe and its people who have suffered greatly at the hands of that dictator and his corrupt cronies.

In Victoria Falls in July, we witnessed the long lines of ordinary Zimbabweans attempting to access some of their cash from banks.

We were told there was little cash to be had as the banks had "spent most of it”.

What other country would allow its people to suffer so?
