Dish up fair dinkum meal to win on Australia Day
FRASER Coast cooks who have a unique Aussie recipe up their sleeves could win themselves a prize pack this Australia Day.
Keen cooks can enter the Ultimate Aussie Dish competition for their chance to win a MasterChef-inspired prize pack.
To enter the competition take a photo of a dish you plan to serve this Australia Day and enter it online before January 20.
A shortlist of the most unique dishes will be made public online, with public voting taking place until January 29.
