ALLIEVIATING disadvantage in the community is all in a day's work for staff at BEST Employment Dalby, whowere hosts of the September Business AfterHours event on Wednesday.

Chief executive Penny Alliston-Hall joined Dalby locals to share an insight into how BEST operated within the community.

"Our vision is to see our communities, particularly those most disadvantaged, independent and free fromdisadvantage,” MsAlliston-Hall said.

"We are here for you and your community.”

Dalby Chamber of Commerce and Industry president Rohan May also took the opportunity to officially welcome Cara Hawkey to the chamber team.

This month's exceptional service award went to Siobhan Houghton from the Windsor Hotel for her exceptional customer service and her friendly and positive attitude.
