THE ladies at Myrtle’s Pantry have won themselves $1000 worth of fuel just by playing bingo.

Shana, Jodie, Shelley and Noela buy the Sunshine Coast Daily for the cafe every morning and decided they’d try their luck at some Bill Busters Bingo.

That decision paid off for the four ladies who have decided to split the prize and each take home $250 in free fuel.

“Isn’t it exciting,” Shana said.

“We’re super excited, I haven’t ever won anything before.”

Shana said she hadn’t played real bingo in years but the Bill Busters Bingo version was good odds and easy to play.

“You basically don’t have to do anything to win,” she said.

“You just read the paper and cross of the numbers on your card.

“We kept our card on our board at work so we remembered to cross the numbers off each day.”

The $1000 fuel voucher is the first of four prizes to be won before August 5.

A $1000 debit card will be won on July 22, a $1000 travel voucher will be won on July 29 and a $1500 grocery voucher will be won on August 5.

To win you’ll need to have collected a bingo card from either the July 8, 9, 15 or 16 edition of the Sunshine Coast Daily. Then check your bingo numbers every day in the Sunshine Coast Daily.
