Curra art work on show

GYMPIE Library is hosting a display of art from the Curra Art Group, featuring paintings of the Mary River and its surrounds.

There are also many other paintings to view and most works are for sale.

One of the artists, Ralph Gustafsson, who likes woodwork as well as painting, has built a beautiful model of an early sailing ship which is also on display.

The art show will run until Monday, December 9 so if you are looking for an original Christmas gift, come along and enjoy the variety of artistic styles available.
