Coast voters fail to learn from the past

AT THE recent state election, Sunshine Coast voters were faced with a choice as to the action they might take to address the infrastructure and service backlogs and shortages we have.

Oblivious to current political realities, they chose to continue the political arrangements that have created the backlogs and shortages.

A decision which raises a fundamental question.

What action does the electorate expect will be taken (if any) to address these issues in the next few years?

Anticipating their expectation of action, who will take it and why would they?

When Sunshine Coast voters chose not to.
