Car stolen from dealer

POLICE report that a car, believed to be a Ford Ranger, was stolen from Pierpoint Motors in Maryland Street at 3.12pm on Wednesday, August 21.

A police media spokeswoman said that one person was taken into custody 'without any incidents'.

"Only one person was in the car but police are doing patrols to make sure,” she said.

More information will be released when an incident report is filed.
