BRISBANE Isuzu has yet another award win to add to its stellar list of achievements.

At the recent Isuzu Care conference held in Melbourne, Leanne Berndt from the Archerfield team has taken home the Isuzu Care award for 2011.

This prestigious award is given to the care specialist who best demonstrates the care philosophy in line with Isuzu Australia's vision and mission. This award now in its fifth year is judged by a panel of Isuzu Australia delegates.

Leanne is very humbled by this award but admits that it is a team effort.

"I am very lucky to have great support from everyone at Brisbane Isuzu," Leanne says.

"As a team they understand the importance of our customers and the care program and utilise me in my role to provide exceptional customer service.

"I love talking to customers on a daily basis as it is both challenging and rewarding. Every day is a different day and we never know where it will take us."

Leanne has been in the customer service industry for more than 20 years and knows what it takes to create customers for life. Her calm and pleasant nature when dealing with customer concerns and her ability to produce positive outcomes has strengthened the company's relationships with all their loyal customers.

Leanne's award is off the back of what has been a stellar year for Brisbane Isuzu. In the past six months the team has won five awards for excellence in the field of sales and service making this their best year to date.

Proud owner Alan Newcombe says: "This is a very exciting time for Brisbane Isuzu. We have worked very hard this year to utilise our people to take us to the next level."

"With all the systems we have put in place with training and development, these awards are a reflection of our hard work paying off. I am very proud of each individual's achievements as well as our business achievements to date, but this is just the beginning. With new training programs in place, it will be these people who will be heavily involved in making Brisbane Isuzu a better place to visit".

Brisbane Isuzu would also like to acknowledge the following outstanding achievements: Bernie Pease (Archerfield) - first place - International (I1) Grandprix Dec 2011, Stephen Kennedy (Archerfield) - No. 1 Tech in Queensland - Isuzu Technicians Guild Nov 2011, Christian Wyatt (Eaglefarm) - CVIAQ Apprentice of the Year award - Nov 2011, Brisbane Isuzu sales department - Australia's No. 1 Isuzu sales dealer.
