Brisbane Convoy for Kids coming in November

THE 2016 Brisbane Convoy for Kids is fast approaching, so start shining those bull bars and tanks.

President Anthony Williams said the Brisbane Convoy for Kids will again leave Stradbroke St Heathwood at 9am on Saturday November 5, making its way to the Redcliffe Showgrounds.

Registrations will be taken in Mactrans yard from 7am.

To make things easier, the lead trucks and utes will be announced on Thursday November 3.

"Due to popular demand, our ambassador Jayne Denham, as well as trucking music legend Travis Sinclair will be our headline artists again this year,” Mr Williams said.

"We have a full day packed with free rides and entertainment as well as displays, stalls and things to see and do for the whole family”.

"Our entertainment this year is proudly brought to you by Scuzztrans.

"Our truck and ute shows are amongst the largest in Queensland, with the truck show having an amazing 28 categories and the ute show will be 10 categories this year!”

Registrations are now open. To register your truck, ute, bus or bike for convoy, to reserve your camp site or to volunteer go to the convoy website.

Brisbane Convoy for Kids is proudly supporting Hummingbird House, the only children's hospice in Queensland.
