Bright future for Toowoomba Grammar School soccer

SOCCER: Toowoomba Grammar School's director of football Peter Broadfoot is predicting a bright future for the school's program.

Broadfoot believes the recent addition of experienced Brazilian coach and former professional player Thiago Kosloski will only enhance their soccer program.

"We adopted the curriculum Thiago wrote with Botafogo sometime ago,” Broadfoot said.

"In that time we have seen some fantastic results - over the past four years we have won the GPS (Greater Public School) soccer competition twice and been runner-up twice.

"Thiago adds a real international flavour to the program and a new level of professionalism - that typical Brazilian approach to football.”

Broadfoot also believes Koloski's presence will further enhance the school's reputation.

"We're constantly working on building better relationships with regional Queensland,” Broadfoot said.

"Thiago will help us in that endeavour as he helps us build a better program and passes on his knowledge and love for the game to other coaches.”
