UPDATE: A literary wine and cheese evening with author, actor and scriptwriter Judy Nunn has been organised by the Fraser Coast Libraries.

"Judy is a very accomplished author and it is great that she will give a talk, answer questions and sign copies of her new book," he said.

"This is the kind of event we are hoping to hold more of at the libraries."

This event is free but bookings are essential by phoning the library on 4197 4220.

EARLIER: Bestselling Australian author Judy Nunn returns to Childers next month for the launch of her 12th book Elianne.

Elianne is a sweeping story of wealth, power, privilege and betrayal, set on a grand sugarcane plantation in Bundaberg.

The launch will be at Childers library on Thursday, November 7, at 11am.
