Boating package prize lures expo crowd
A $10,000 boating prize is among the drawcards at a major expo planned for the Coast this weekend.
Sunshine Coast Expo spokeswoman Courtney Stephens said organisers were expecting large crowds at Sunshine Coast Stadium for the event.
Stallholders will have products catering for camping, caravans, boating and home improvement.
Ms Stephens said a "drive away” boating package complete with trailer, safety gear and 12 months registration was the main event prize.
A barbecue prize package will also given away on Sunday.
The three-day event will start on Friday.
Admission will cost $12 for adults and $10 for aged seniors $10.
Children under 16 will have free admission with an adult.
