Blaming speed and roads the 'easy way out'

THE easy way out is to blame speed and roads, instead of drivers doing the wrong thing.

The cost of police pulling up cars for offences being committed on the roads is high.

The public knows if you are going to do the wrong thing on the road you have 95 per cent chance of getting away with it.

On a recent news report on the unknown road rules, an RACQ rep said common- sense should be used.

If you think it's not safe you might be breaking the law.

The Queensland Road Rules Act is the the rule book, as commonsense has left the planet.

And your only defence on the road is a dashcam.
