Bizarre way to keep your dog fed

SEVERAL truckies  who were at a Northern Territory rest area saw a kangaroo get hit by a car on the nearby road.

It was killed and, much to their surprise, several young tourists in one of those vans with weird writing on the side went over to the carcass.

One of them was armed with a knife and started to cut some meat from the roo.

One of the truckies told Spy he was going to warn the foreigners that it may be detrimental for health if they ate the road kill meat.

He did not even know if it was legal to do such a thing.

However, soon after, a lass appeared from the back of the van with a dog.

The meat was indeed for the mutt and she told the truckies it would save money on buying pet food.
