Big difference between euthanasia and death penalty
JAY Nauss, there is a huge difference between euthanasia and the death penalty.
Those who choose to die peacefully and without pain do so of their own volition.
Those who are given the death penalty die at another's determination.
Doctors with compassion and conscience have been carrying out euthanasia for years by increasing morphine dosage (pain management) and withholding life extending treatment.
The people who are punished most by the death penalty are the loved ones left behind.
