Betts Bower power rig

THIS Betts Bower Group C509 is a 240t rated beauty.

The team from SLS Group did all the bling, telling Big Rigs the truck was the most extravagant they've produced for Betts.

This C509 has had about $100,000 of customisation work completed by them.

From the tow hitches to lights and stainless details they've done the lot.

And there's been a lot of work done!

The truck was purchased through Brown and Hurley Coffs Harbour and from there went into the shop for the finishing touches.

Big ticket items on the truck include the fully custom toolbox rack on the rear of the cab, rear tow hitch, Icepack sleeper cooling system and tandem propeller plate mudguards with rubber quarter guard.

All of the tank steps were changed to stainless steel, lighted tank trims were added as well as stainless steel strap wraps and more.

In fact there's about 60 items that were customised.

The working truck features hub reduction Sisu diffs a two-speed joey box and a 200 tonne pull rated bull bar.

O'Neill's Truck and Trailer Repairs painted the truck and fuel tanks, in the Betts Bower Haulage fleet colours and Showman Truck Lines and Scrolls did the signwriting.

Still not impressed, add to that Superchrome wheels, TV, microwave and two fridges.

And don't forget the rows of lights that make this rig a standout.
