ARRR! Johnny Depp caught by Qld water police

JACK Sparrow is back in Australia, and whether you are in pyjamas or a police uniform, he is always ready for a selfie with a fan.

Yesterday fans flocked to Raby Bay, around 40km east of Brisbane, after spotting the ship from Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales.

One woman, Kaylynn Ludwig, left the house in such a hurry she didn't have time to change out of her pyjamas.

Even the Queensland police couldn't help themselves.

The Water Police caught up with the Black Pearl and it seems the famous pirate has no problem with the law despite his dogs being deported last month after breaking quarantine rules.

They posted this picture to Twitter this morning.
