Amazing Space activity book launches in Mackay

TAKE-OFF is finally here!

Cut out your token and head to a participating store to collect your full-colour Amazing Space activity book, 3D glasses and stickers.

Say hello to the Daily Mercury's Merc Man who will be getting excited about space from 11am- noon at Caneland Nextra Newsagency at Caneland Central Shopping Centre today.

The activity book is packed full with amazing facts, mazes, word puzzles and of course DIY space activities.

The pack is collectible from today until June 6.

And once you have it, keep cutting out tokens from the newspaper to pick up another set of two collectible stickers every day until June 6.

Get ready for Space Week, taking off on May 25.

Every day that week a new 3D space poster will be included in the newspaper.

On May 27 there will be an online question-and-answer session with astronomer Astro Greg, at http://www.dailymercury.com.au/amazingspace/.

If you're interested in stargazing, check out Monday's Games and Gadgets page to learn about apps that can enrich the experience with Kieran Salsone.
