AFL: Clubs kick off pre-season training
UPDATE: Surrounding AFL clubs are also starting back at the end of this month after the Christmas break.
A lot of teams started their official pre-seasons last year and are set to return to the paddock over the coming weeks.
Here is a list of when your club is starting pre-season training.

Lockyer Valley Demons
The Demons officially stared pre-season training in early November.
All senior teams are set to kick off again next week.
All U16s players are also encouraged to come along for a run.

Highfields Lions
It's that time of year again at Highfields Lions AFC.
The seniors kick off pre-season at the end of this month.
New and existing players are welcome.

Warwick Redbacks
The seniors are already in the middle their pre-season preparations in Warwick.
The club welcomes all new and old players of all abilities to join.

Chinchilla SUNS
The SUNS men's teams also resume at the end of this month after initially starting before Christmas.
Ladies are welcome to join to drum up some interest in fielding a women's team next season.
Juniors are set to start back mid-February.

New and existing players of all skill levels are invited to come along.

When: Start January 10 from 6-8pm and will run every Monday and Wednesday
Where: Gold Park Sporting Club top oval
The returning women's team is expected to start pre-season training towards the end of this month or early February.

Goondiwindi Hawks
The Hawks got stuck into training in November and were straight back into it on Monday.
Who: Senior men
When: Monday and Wednesdays from 6pm
Where: Riddles Oval
South Burnett Saints
After starting pre-season in December the Saints men start back tonight with a fitness session.
Players are asked to bring runners and water to Tuesday night's session and swimmers and $5 to Thursday's swim session.

Toowoomba Tigers
All Tigers teams will start pre-season this week in preparation for a big 2018 season.
It is open for all new, current and past players.

When: Tuesday and Thursdays from 6pm
Where: Rockville Oval.
University Cougars
The Cougars started their pre-season last month and are keen to kick off a big year for the club tonight.
This year the Cougars will introduce a women's team to the AFLDD competition.

South Toowoomba Bombers
The Bombers got an early jump on pre-season back in November and returned to the training paddock this week following their Christmas break.
The senior teams train together with the juniors and new players are welcome for a kick around.

When: Monday and Wednesdays from 6pm
Where: Heritage Oval
Dalby Swans
The women's team will be back in action on Thursday.
Players should brings runners and footy boots.
