Rohan Makim

VICTORIAN truckie Rohan Makim drives a Freightliner Argosy for AMW based at Geelong.

Big Rigs saw the 42-year-old Rohan at the Bohle Little Acre north of Townsville on July 26.

"I have machinery for cable rolling to take back to Geelong from here," he said.

Since starting as a truckie at age 19, Rohan has worked in many states and is a passionate Manly Sea Eagles supporter in the NRL. "I hope they can win again this year and make it back-to-back premierships," he said.

When asked what were the worst roads he travels on, Rohan said.

"Anywhere in cotton country where there is black soil, in NSW," he said. Rohan loves meeting new people during his travels.

"I like stopping at the Bohle Little Acre as the food is good and well-priced and the eating room, nice and comfortable," he said.
