Teenager found dead in pool
A TEENAGE girl drowned while swimming in a public pool in regional Victoria early yesterday.
The ABC reported the 19-year-old was with a group of friends at the pool on Salisbury St, Orbost, about 1am.
Her friends noticed she was missing about two hours later and found her in the water caught under the pool cover.
Paramedics attempted to revive her but she died at the scene.
Victoria Police officers will prepare a report for the coroner.
