Tim Ling

SAME beautiful Southern Tasmanian spring day we caught up with another old mate when Tim Ling from Ulverstone rolled into Mood Food for a cuppa and a bite to eat.

He was driving a pretty flash BWT Transport 2011 Western Star Constellation with a 560 Hp DD-15 up front and towing a tautliner. Tim was on his way back to Ulverstone and home after delivering a yacht mast to Dunalley that he had brought down on the TT Line ferry Spirit of Tasmania at Devonport that morning.

He had come down from Brisbane with a load of roller doors, and tells us he has been running all over the bigger island from WA through to Mount Isa and all along the eastern seaboard, and that he was rapt in the job, the variety and the Star. He was also pretty happy with being back in Tasmania for a bit and enjoying the glorious weather we have down here.
