Samsung unveils tv nearly three metres wide

The 110-inch behemoth, the biggest home TV ever produced, will be available for sale next autumn, news.com.au reported.

For the first time the TV will deliver ultra high-definition resolution - four times the resolution of full high definition - on an OLED screen.

A Samsung spokesman said the TV offered "glimpse at the future of television".
