On transgender Glennie student: 'Gender is not a choice'
YOUR SAY: GENDER is not a choice. (Well maybe in the hallowed halls of academia, but certainly not before a young brain has matured.)
Deceiving the fee paying public who have purchased an education for their daughters at an all girls school is not Christian and has nothing to do with being "inclusive".
Outfitting a boy in a dress and pretending he's a girl may alleviate some suffering in the short term, but will obviously further encourage delusion. It is cruel, and to have a trusted cohort of adults play along defies reason.
Any chance of this young person accepting their biological sex has just been nuked by a virtue signalling community with a political agenda. This is child exploitation at its worst.
Choosing to live as a different gender may well be a human right, but not one to be foisted on a young and still developing mind.
I hope the young person in question reads this and it helps him to accept his authentic self as a work in progress, and to find peace in this world through common sense and self acceptance.
