STRAP in for one last week of holiday fun, as the action continues for youngsters across the Coast.
1. Jumping castles
When: Tomorrow, 9am-noon
Where: The J, Noosa Heads
Cost: $12 per child
RELAX in the cafe while the kids burn off some energy, with The J auditorium emptied of seats and filled with jumping castles. Kids under three years old can jump in the mini castle for free.

2. Medieval fun
When: Friday, September 29, 10am-3pm
Where: Sunshine Castle, Bli Bli
Cost: Castle entry $12 for children, $15 for adults
JOIN Sir Justyn as he demonstrates how chain mail, arrows and bows were once made. Try your hand at archery, junior jousting and then watch the trebuchet toss.
3. Wiggles hit cinemas
When: Tomorrow and Wednesday, 9.30am and 11.30am
Where: Event Cinemas, Sunshine Plaza
Cost: $9 per ticket
THE Wiggles Nursery Rhymes will screen today and tomorrow at the Sunshine Plaza Event Cinemas, with classic favourites performed by Emma, Lachy, Simon and Anthony.
4. Movie night for kids
When: Wednesday, 5.30pm
Where: View restaurant, Noosa
Cost: Deposit of $25 per adult to be credited to table bill

5. Create an art piece

Cost: Free
KIDS aged 8-12 are invited to get involved in the International Birds UpsideDown project and have their artwork displayed in the project's exhibition in Sweden. Artist Kerstin Jackobsson is on hand to help kids with their drawing or painting.

6. Primal play

7. Coast Club adventures
When: Daily
Where: Sunshine Coast Recreation Centre, Currimundi
LET the kids take a surfing or stand-up paddleboarding class, brave the high ropes or rope swing, try archery, go caving or canoeing with Coast Club school holiday activity programs at the Sunshine Coast Recreation Centre.
Half-day (three hour) and full-day (six hour) sessions are available.
Places fill up fast. The half-day program is $27.15 per child and the full day is $62.55 per child (includes morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea).

8. Sports sessions
When: Weekdays during September school holidays
Where: Kawana Indoor Sports, Warana
LET the kids run wild and try out their next favourite sport at the School Holiday Sports Days at Kawana Indoor Sports. Sessions feature indoor games of dodge ball, netball, cricket, beach volleyball and netball, along with a whole court full of inflatables from Jumpin' For Fun. 9. Caloundra Twilight Markets
When: Fridays through September
Where: The Esplanade, Bulcock Beach
THE Caloundra Twilight Markets will bring entertainment, food stalls and creative homewares and gifts to the public every Friday night in September.
10. Aussie World
When: Daily
Where: Aussie World
CHECK out some of the newest rides at Aussie World, including the Wasp, and visit other attractions including the Plunge, the Mayhem Maze, Sideshow Alley, mini golf, dodgem cars, the Ballroom Blitz and the Bombora Bounce.
Online tickets for kids or adults are $38, seniors $30, family of four $136 or family of five $167. Kids under three years old are free.
11. Rock climbing
When: Daily (except Sundays at recreation centre)
Where: Rockit Climbing Gym, Warana or Sunshine Coast Recreation Centre, Currimundi
THE Rockit Climbing Gym at Warana offers a range of walls for most climbing abilities. Children under 13 years old can climb, but cannot operate the belaying equipment.
A slightly cheaper option is the state-owned indoor rock climbing area at the Sunshine Coast Recreation Centre in Currimundi. The facility is open 9am-4pm on weekdays and 9am-noon on Saturdays.
