It's what you should be snacking on instead of chips, lollies and other fast foods.
The beans will give you energy and keep you feeling full for longer than processed snack foods.
- Gluten free
- Dairy free
1 can cannelloni beans (450g)
½ punnet fresh tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
1 sprig fresh dill and mint
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
Juice of a small lemon
Combine all ingredients, serve.
Will keep for up to three days, refrigerated.
Tip: Great for lunches - instead of worrying about bulky containers, reuse your empty jars.
