The Monster Jam Australian Tour kicks off Saturday September 27 in Brisbane then heads to Melbourne October 4, Adelaide October 11 and Sydney October 18.

UP to 12 feet tall and 12 feet wide weighing at least 5000kilos with up to 2000hp USA Monster Trucks crush about 3000 cars per year and you can catch them in Australia this weekend.

Monster Jam is bringing these car crushing, dirt loving, death defying stunt trucks to Australia in a tour that starts in Brisbane on September 27.

Big Rigs has tickets to giveaway to the Victorian Show.

These trucks are destruction, creating mayhem on the custom designed Monster Jam tracks as they crush everything from cars to buses, from caravans to boats and even from time to time airplanes.    In fact, last year more than 3000 cars were decimated in Monster Jam global madness.

The big US stadium truck spectacular will thrill Aussies with all kinds of high speed shenanigans, acrobatic antics and car crashing chaos on Australia's leading sporting fields - transformed overnight into daredevil-dirt stadiums.

Monster Jam will fire up their engines and kick off on their first ever "tour" down under in Brisbane followed by a Melbourne show on Saturday, October 4; Adelaide on October 11; and their final stop, Sydney on October 18.

Monster Jam's Australian grid boasts their star performers including the iconic Grave Digger®,  the raging El Toro Loco®, 11-time world champion Max-D℠, and the Queen of Carnage, MADUSA®.

Check the Australian website www.monsterjamonline.com.au for updates on the Oz field.

The USA monster trucks are massive custom built racing machines costing about $250,000 each and unleashing 1500 up to 2000 horsepower from their octane injected engines.

Up to four metres tall and four metres wide, they perform breathtaking stunts and deliver high flying action covering up to 50m in a single leap, rocketing up to 12m skywards and accelerating from 0-100 kph in under three seconds.

Each truck has its own character with an outrageous and colourful cab and driver to match.

The chassis are genuine works of art, with airbrushed logos and creative paint jobs, and a host of appendages like the giant Mohawk atop the cab of Mohawk Warrior®, or the midnight black, razor sharp teeth of the ferocious Monster Mutt® Rottweiler.
Built for short, high powered bursts of speed, Monster Jam beasts unleash awesome power, perform breathtaking stunts and deliver high flying action covering up to 50m in a single leap or skyrocketing  12m skywards.  They can accelerate from 0-100 kph in under three seconds.
High octane fuel powers the super-charged engines of the Monster Jam juggernauts. Suspension systems installed with oversized nitrogen-filled shock absorbers, soften the blow of a thrusting, jumping 5-tonne truck and allow the drivers to land stunt after stunt.

Monster Jam is a huge day out for all the family kicking off at with the Party in the Pits.   Show time features two mind- blowing sessions starting with Monster Jam® Racing where trucks compete in a head to head combat around the stadium circuits; followed by Freestyle Monster Jam, packed with high-horsepower acrobatic chaos from donuts and high jumps, to wheelies and backflips.

Tickets are priced from $25 for kids and from $40 for adults and are on sale through Ticketek (Sydney/Melbourne shows) and Ticketmaster (Brisbane/Adelaide).
