THE new model, Transcool EC2, is designed and made in Australia by Victorian transport operator Peter Donegan.
The Transcool product is now in its eighth year of providing cooling comfort to Australian drivers.
The Transcool is a totally portable 12-volt evaporative cooler that is powered by simply plugging into your vehicle cigarette lighter receptacle.
The new model features quieter, three-speed fans which draw an incredibly low 0.7 amps per hour on low speed.
Water for the Transcool is stored in the unit's internal two-litre tank, with an additional external five-litre tank provided for extended periods of use, such as camping.
The great news is that no damage will occur even if the Transcool runs out of water, as the unit will continue to operate as a cooling fan.
The major advantage of the Transcool EC2 is its portability.
It is great to use in your caravan, camper, boat or tent.
The Transcool EC2 can be purchased online at www.transcool.info, or by phoning Pete on 0418 510 862.
