WHEN Ross Williams first purchased his 1977 International 3070, it didn't look as it does now.

Being more than 40 years old there was a bit of rust and it needed some TLC.

He's slowly been doing the working truck up and has a bit to go but reckons she's got a lot of character and is worth all the hard work.

It's not Ross's first rebuild and he's quite handy building trucks, having helped mate David Smart create the mini-truck called Smart Arse.

He repurposed the old fuel tank into a tool box, added chrome guards and new lights on the back.

He's started inside putting in new door trims that his wife made and a new roof console.

But there's still a bit of work to do

He plans on giving her a complete respray soon and maybe changing the colour scheme.

Then he's got to finish inside with a new dash and seats. He'll fix the body and probably add more chrome.

"You can never get enough," he joked about adding bling.
