PUBLIC NOTICE QUEENSLAND POLICE I, William Patrick John WARWICK, Superintendent of Traffic, Ipswich hereby give Notice that from Friday 14 June 2013 to Saturday 13 July 2013 between 8:30pm and 4:30am one lane of Brisbane Road, Ipswich at the intersection of Glebe Road and Chermside Road will be closed for the purposes of undertaking upgrade of gas main on behalf of APA Group in the area. The Police Service regrets any delay that may be caused.

PROPOSAL TO UPGRADE A MOBILE PHONE BASE STATION LOCATED AT BUNDAMBA Telstra plans to upgrade an existing telecommunications facility located at 65 Braeside Road, Bundamba QLD 4304 (Lot 2 on SP230106) 1. Telstra's proposal consists of removing three (3) existing panel antennas (2.63m long) and installing three (3) new panel antennas (1.33m long) at a centreline elevation of 38.9m long on the existing 38.34m high lattice tower. Six (6) Remote Radio Units (RRUs) are proposed to be installed on the existing headframe adjacent to the antennas. Any electronic equipment associated with the proposed installation would be housed inside the existing Telstra equipment shelter at the base of the facility. 2. Telstra regards the proposed installation as a Low-impact Facility under the Telecommunications (Low-impact Facilities) Determination 1997 ("The Determination") based on the description above. 3. Karana Downs (B0034): 3 Wattle Street, Mount Crosby (RFNSA No.:4306019) * Replace existing headframe and install new triangular headframe. * Replace three (3) existing panel antennas and install six (6) new panel antennas. * Installation of twenty seven (27) Remote Radio Units (RRUs). * Installation of six (6) Mast Head Amplifiers (MHAs). 6. Booval (B8513): 139 Brisbane Road, Booval (RFNSA No.: 4304006) * Replace three (3) existing panel antennas and install six (6) new panel antennas. * Installation of twenty four (24) Remote Radio Units (RRUs). * Installation of fifteen (15) Mast Head Amplifiers (MHAs). * Replace four (4) existing Outdoor Units (ODUs) and install a new Optus equipment shelter. Optus and Vodafone regard the proposed installations as a Lowimpact Facilities under the Telecommunications (Low-impact Facilities) Determination 1997 ("The Determination") based on the description above.
